Camp hat mit dem Corsa Nanotech Eispickel die ideale Kombination aus Leichtgewicht und Robustheit entwickelt. Der Corsa Nanotech nutzt dabei die innovative Sandvik Nanoflex®-Stahl-Legierung (welche 20% leichter ist als normaler Stahl und dabei bis zu 60% stärker ist) an der Pickelhaue und -Spitze, um die Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit dieser wichtigen Punkte wesentlich zu verbessern, ohne dabei das Gewicht zu erhöhen. Dank dieser speziellen Stahleinsätze bietet der Corsa Nanotech auch auf vereisten Untergründen und hartem Schnee zuverlässigen Halt. Die maximale Reichweite wird durch die Nanoflex-Einsätze zusätzlich erhöht. Im Schaft wird die hochwertige 7075 Aluminiumlegierung verwendet, welche durch die gebogene Form nicht nur ein gutes Handling bietet sondern gerade in Verbindung mit den Stahleinsätzen zudem genügend Aggresivität und Zugkraft bietet. Am Schaftende des Pickels ist beidseitig ein Griptape eingearbeitet welches beste Griffigkeit garantiert. Der Schaft und die Haue sind B-bewertet und somit nicht zum Eis- und Mixedklettern geeignet. Der Haupteinsatzbereich liegt bei Gletschertouren, Skitouren und Hochtouren.
